Charles Eady started his Insurance career at a Lloyd’s Broker, placing Facultative business. He left this to pursue his passion for Classic Cars and Motorcycles, returning to the (Re)Insurance Market in 2001 as a Consultant for a Recruitment business. In 2008 he moved to Hong Kong to establish an Insurance Recruitment business for his employers where he lived for 6 years. In early 2015, moved to Zurich to establish another Search/Recruitment business for his employers where he was based for 7 years, returning to the UK in 2022. Charles has worked for himself since 2022 and established Charles Eady Executive Search Corp, Dallas in 2025.
